About the company

At the very start of production in 2004, our product line included approximately 100 items, most of which were for the automotive industry. The facility consisted of a single injection molding unit and was equipped with hydraulic presses.

Just two years later, we already had 3 production sites, 6 modern Czech-made injection molding machines and the Multiplast vertical injection machine.

By the year 2010, the company conducted staff training on the "Lean Manufacturing" program and began implementing the 5S methodology.

In 2011, our company was awarded with the "Best Industry Enterprise" diploma at the "Best Enterprises and Organizations of Ryazan Region" competition.

The company became a supplier of fastening components for «TechnoNICOL» - one of Russia's largest producers of roofing, waterproofing, and thermal insulation materials.

Without any exaggeration, «VEGA-Ryazan» began making giant strides in conquering new markets, clients, and partners.

That same year the company saw the launch of production and supply of comprehensive product lines for «HydroGroup», a domestic leader in drainage system components.

The following year, we signed a cooperation agreement with «Ecoline», a manufacturer of diverse products for water drainage and landscape development.

Despite strong production performance, «VEGA-Ryazan» refused to rest on its laurels. In 2016, the company undertook the ambitious reconstruction of old facilities at a former reinforced concrete products factory to establish a state-of-the-art foundry production center.

In 2018, «VEGA-Ryazan» relocated to a new facility. The launch required extensive effort—the site of a former reinforced concrete products factory was completely rebuilt.

The production floor was outfitted with top-tier equipment from Austria's «Engel» company, capable of manufacturing both small castings (just over 30 cm³) and large components (up to 8000 cm³). The facility spans 3,000 m² of production space and 2,000 m² of raw material storage on top of it. While the operation employs about 200 staff, high automation optimizes workflows.

VEGA-Ryazan implemented a process-driven quality management system focused on continuous improvement, defect prevention and reducing supply chain waste. In 2019 our company received IATF 16949 certification, positioning the company as one of the top tier automotive supplier.

In 2020, «VEGA-Ryazan» participated in the national "Labor Productivity and Employment Support" project, receiving official recognition from the Governor of Ryazan Oblast for exceeding project implementation timelines. This achievement established the company as a benchmark enterprise in Ryazan's industrial sector.

Today, «VEGA-Ryazan» is recognized as a leader in the injection molding plastics industry. In 2023, the company achieved a turnover of 675 million rubles (excluding VAT), representing 15% annual growth.

The product range has expanded significantly to over 400 items, enabling not only workforce retention but also the creation of new jobs. Despite these strong production results, VEGA-Ryazan continues to set new ambitious goals without resting on its achievements.
